For clients on our waiting list we will offer up to 12 counselling sessions and you can end your agreement at any time. It is usually wise to try at least two sessions before making a decision about whether or not to continue.

our counsellors means that we cannot offer a general visiting service. It may be useful to explore ways of developing your own support network with your counsellor.
